The following cases are most relevant to the practice of Police trying to frame one of their own, this happens way more than they want you to believe, hence all the Case Law, which only becomes a published opinion once it has reached the appellate level. There are lots more cases that are adjudicated against the Cities at the Superior Court level and the Cities know that they are wasting their time fighting the law so they do not appeal the decision. It isn't so incredulous to believe that the Police, those we trust to enforce the law seem to break the law so much when going after another police officer. They claim ignorance of the law because they know their actions are criminal in nature. Ignorance of the law is no defense, unless your a cop framing another cop, then its OK. The criminal cops are never held accountable, as its in the cities best interests not to expose them. That's why I wrote my book, I wanted to expose them for the criminals they are. Their conduct is a matter of great public interest and needs to be exposed to the public so that we can hold them to answer for their crimes.
